Johnny Devine is a licensed Florida REALTOR and attorney at law. As a practicing attorney, Johnny brings a unique perspective and insight to the real estate process. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Johnny uses his extensive education, knowledge of the law, familiarity with the Tallahassee area, strong people skills and personal attention to detail in striving to make your real estate transaction both efficient and easy.
Johnny has a distinguished education background. He earned his bachelor's degree with high honors from the University of Notre Dame. After graduation, he honorably served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve where he received several awards and citations for his service. Upon completion of his military service, he entered law school where his studies included property ownership laws and property on tax laws. During law school, he studied abroad at London University in London, England, where he learned property rights in the common law. Upon his return, he graduated with Honors from Florida State University College of Law. His knowledge of property law allowed him to excel in Real Estate School where he was the only member of his class to complete the school with a perfect score.
Johnny is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Tallahassee Bar Association, which allow him to keep up to date on the latest real estate trends.
When Johnny is your realtor, he relies not only on his education and knowledge of the law, but also on his own experiences.
